Telehealth Counseling Services

Clients must be physically present in the state of Illinois 

during telehealth counseling services.

Individual Counseling

Through one-on-one sessions, individuals can explore and work through a variety of concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and more. This can help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves, their emotions and behaviors, leading to improved mental health and overall well-being. This approach is tailored to meet the needs of each client, which can include a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, and holistic wellness services such as meditation, deep breathing, and energy work.

EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing

EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy used to help individuals process traumatic experiences and other distressing life events. It involves a series of guided rhythmic tapping, which helps to release stored emotions, limiting core beliefs, and tense bodily sensations. EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based practice that can help individuals transform their trauma into acceptance, self-love, and empowerment.

Trauma-Focused Care
